The 2026 spring trade fairs are now over – it was great to have you there!
We are looking back on the spring trade fair season of 2026 and can draw a positive and optimistic conclusion overall. Over the course of four weeks, we exhibited at three trade fairs – EuroShop in Düsseldorf (22 – 27 February 2026), InterSchank in Wiesbaden (5 March 2026) and INTERNORGA in Hamburg (13 – 17 March 2026) – where we were able to showcase our highlights and product solutions to you.
In Düsseldorf, EuroShop marked the start of the four-week trade fair season. Once again, EuroShop proved to be a hotspot for innovative concepts and ideas, exciting trends and intensive networking. Everything was on offer here, from a quick »hello« to in-depth discussions about future large-scale projects. Long-standing customers and new international contacts brought a colourful mix of networking, technical queries and interesting ideas to our stand. Alongside the refrigerated bar counters for beverages, the focus here was primarily on innovative solutions for fresh food counters and shopfitting – a new showcase concept (cooled or heated) based on our standard showcase range and the fish and delicatessen carousel, an exclusive display unit for meat, fish, cheese or delicatessen products, proved to be real crowd-pullers.
At the relatively new InterSchank trade fair in Wiesbaden (now in its third year – organised by BvSG e.V.), the focus was entirely on drinks and refrigerated bar counters, dispensing technology and tap solutions for the hospitality industry. Alongside the traditional refrigerated bar counters for beverages, the cocktail stations were also a real eye-catcher – and interesting technical discussions could be had throughout the Schlachthof Cultural Centre.
Once again in 2026, INTERNORGA provided the perfect finale to a busy trade fair season – Hamburg’s leading trade fair for hospitality and foodservice ran this year under the slogan »Where trends take their first steps«. With a wide selection of highlights from our product range, we were ideally positioned to engage in pleasant discussions and explore exciting project ideas with interested trade visitors. Alongside the new showcase concept, we had placed a special focus on beverages in Hamburg – in particular, the new mobile bar counter, the coloured powder coating on our refrigerated bar counters for beverages and the topic of cocktails were recurring points of conversation.
Of course, our new Managing Director, Christian Rakers, was also at EuroShop and INTERNORGA – many long-standing customers and partners took the opportunity in Düsseldorf and Hamburg to get to know »the new guy« in a relaxed atmosphere. The entire HAGOLA team – led by our two Managing Directors, Stefan Rakers and Christian Rakers – is certainly very pleased with this year’s spring trade fairs. They had many interesting discussions, were able to plan and even finalise exciting projects, and there was plenty of opportunity for networking too. Generally speaking, a great deal of optimism was heard and felt in the conversations – something that was already reflected in the figures for the current financial year, summarised Stefan Rakers and Christian Rakers. During the many different discussions at all the trade fairs, it had once again become clear that trade fair visitors were now, in some cases, »on the lookout« in a very targeted manner and had already informed themselves comprehensively about options and solutions in advance – at the trade fairs themselves, they would then often »merely« go to clarify any outstanding questions in face-to-face discussions,” added Edgar Hanken (Sales Manager), summarising the trade fair experiences of 2026.
