We are starting 2026 with some great news – Christian Rakers is joining the management team at HAGOLA as the second managing director with immediate effect. With two master's degrees in mechanical engineering and economics and almost ten years of professional experience in an international automation group, Christian Rakers is ideally prepared for his tasks in management and is looking forward to the new challenge.
Christian Rakers has known the company founder Fritz Hakemann, the business and the people at HAGOLA for many years – thanks to his father. Even as a schoolboy, he worked in production during the holidays and, with his love of technology, he then made a conscious decision to pursue an exciting career path at HAGOLA.
The time has finally come – Christian's father, our long-standing managing director Stefan Rakers, is looking forward to working together and bringing a breath of fresh air to the management team. Both see the combination of generations in the company's management as a forward-looking synergy of experience, tradition, new perspectives and innovative ideas.
