YOU'VE PASSED YOUR TRAINING – CONGRATULATIONS!

One chapter ends – another begins: We are celebrating our (now) former apprentice, Dardan Zymeraj – he has very successfully completed his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk this week. Congratulations, Dardan – a fantastic achievement!

For many decades now, as a medium-sized industrial company, we have been regularly and successfully training young people. Through a sound and practical vocational training programme, young people are given the best possible foundation for their working lives – for us, this is not only a worthwhile investment in our own future workforce, but also an essential contribution to the economy and society.

As part of his commercial apprenticeship, Dardan worked in all the key departments, including production planning, accounts, purchasing, the warehouse, the secretariat, sales and head office; this enabled him – alongside the theory learnt at vocational college – to gain in-depth and hands-on experience of the various areas of responsibility and tasks involved in the role of an industrial clerk, in all their facets. Order planning and management, posting invoices, ordering materials and raw materials, booking items in and out of the warehouse and directing them to production, maintaining customer master data and sending out product information, calculating quotations and orders for customers as well as forwarding telephone calls were all part of his daily routine for two years and formed an integral part of Dardan’s day-to-day work.

Both managing directors, Stefan Rakers and Christian Rakers, together with Elsbeth Benke (HR and commercial training supervisor), warmly congratulated Dardan Zymeraj on successfully passing his final examination and were delighted – on behalf of the entire HAGOLA team – that Dardan will be staying with #teamhagola. He will be supporting the Purchasing and Work Planning departments with immediate effect and is looking forward to his new responsibilities. Welcome to the team!
